In November 2007, Foshan Mellow Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd. was established.

In March 2008, Wuxi Meicheng Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. was established（renamed Wuxi Tianhong Stainless SteelCo Ltd. in 2014).

In July 2009, Zhaoqing Senmei Metal Co., Ltd. successfully put into production.

In April 2011, Hunan Tianhong Material Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully put into production.

In July 2011, Mellow Investment Group Co., Ltd.was established to start the collectivzed operation and management mode.

In April 2014, Foshan Mellow Stainless Steel Co., Ltd (Export Platform) was established.

In January 2015, Guangzhou Virotech Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd was invested and established to start a new journey of anti-cancer drug researchand development.

In October 2020, Chengdu Estsun Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. was established.
